Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Haven Supply, trading as Nursivelle ("we", "us"), handles personal information when you visit nursivelle.com (the "Site") or purchase a digital product. Haven Supply is established in Casper, Wyoming, USA, and is the data controller for the processing described here.

What we collect

Visiting the Site. The Site contains no sign-up, newsletter, lead-capture, contact, or account-registration forms. The only information collected on the Site itself is website analytics and advertising-measurement data described under "Cookies, analytics and advertising" below, together with standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, Hostinger (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested), for security and operation of the Site.

Purchasing. Purchases are completed on a third-party checkout platform, not on this Site. That platform collects the information needed to process your order — typically your name, email address, billing country, and payment details — under its own privacy policy and terms. Payment card details are handled by the checkout platform and its payment processor; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

Pending. Checkout platform and payment processor names, with links to their privacy policies — inserted when the checkout provider is selected.

Contacting us. If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your request and for our records.

How we use information

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (delivery and support), our legitimate interests (security, operating and improving the Site, defending claims), your consent (advertising and analytics storage in regions where consent is required), and compliance with legal obligations.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. In the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland — and anywhere else consent is required — advertising and analytics storage is switched off by default and is only enabled after you give consent; essential Site functionality does not depend on it. Elsewhere, these tools may run by default. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and manage ad personalisation in Google Ads Settings. Google's own handling of this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that need it to run the Site and fulfil orders, and only for those purposes: our website hosting provider, Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.), which hosts the Site and keeps standard server logs; Google (analytics and advertising measurement, as above); and the checkout platform and its payment processor for purchases. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use an email-marketing service or a customer-support platform at this time. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

International transfers

We are located in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where information about people in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland is transferred outside those areas, we rely on safeguards recognised under applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, as implemented by the relevant provider.

How long we keep information

Order and support records are kept for as long as needed to provide the product and support, resolve disputes, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics service. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland. You have the right to access your personal information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

United States. Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of certain uses. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising based on data collected across other sites beyond the Google measurement tools described above.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@nursivelle.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children

The Site and our products are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised; material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
