These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of nursivelle.com (the "Site") and any digital product purchased through it. Nursivelle is the commercial brand under which Haven Supply, established in Casper, Wyoming, USA, publishes educational study materials. References to "Nursivelle", "we", "us" and "our" mean Haven Supply trading as Nursivelle. By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

Educational purpose only

Nursivelle materials are provided for educational and study purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, institution-specific policies, instructor guidance, required course materials, clinical training, or professional medical advice. They are not affiliated with, reviewed by, endorsed by, or approved by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), the NCLEX program, the American Nurses Association (ANA), any university, or any licensing body. No exam result, grade, licensure, or academic outcome is guaranteed.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. If you are under 18, you should purchase only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where that is legally appropriate in your location.

Purchases, delivery and refunds

Purchases are processed by a third-party checkout platform under its own terms. The product is a digital file delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped. Delivery, access, and refunds are governed by our Digital Product & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Licence

On purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own study. You may store the file on your own devices and print the print-friendly edition for your personal use. You may not share, sell, resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, publicly post, or make the file or its contents available to others, or remove any copyright notices. We may suspend or terminate the licence if these restrictions are breached.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in our products — text, tables, illustrations, layout, and design — is owned by Haven Supply and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Any third-party trademarks mentioned (including NCLEX and NCSBN) belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the subject area; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or current in every respect, that the Site will be uninterrupted, or that use of the product will produce any particular academic or professional result. Nursing standards, guidelines, and medication information change; always confirm information against your current course materials, institutional policies, and authoritative sources.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Haven Supply and its owners, staff, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or academic or professional outcomes, arising out of or relating to the Site or a product, however caused. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for that product.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or under mandatory consumer-protection or digital-content laws in your country or state of residence. If you are a consumer, you retain all rights those laws give you, and these Terms apply only to the extent they do not conflict with them.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the Site from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Purchases are governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.

Governing law

Haven Supply is established in Casper, Wyoming, USA. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer residing elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country or state of residence.
